You must be consulted by a VBA qualified pool safety inspector, in order to obtain the required certification. When you book the service through Statewide Pool Safety Inspections we will do the inspection to ensure, that any pool or spa does comply with barrier standards. Furthermore, once complete we will issue a certificate to approve the entire process.
All owners of pools and spas must submit a Form23/Certificate of Pool Barrier Compliance, to their local council. This must be done with thirty(30) days of receiving the certification.
Statewide Pool Safet Inspections will conduct a thorough and comprehensive report. Photos and solutions will be provided to assist the pool or spa owner, to achieve compliance, within the required timeframe.
It is an offence to not register your pool or spa with the local council. Fines and or legal proceedings could apply pending the individual circumstances.
Statewide Pool Safety Inspection’s fee is $320 (Inc GST), with no re-inspection fees or hidden costs.
